About Meliker Realty

A Baltimore native, now living in Bethesda, Mike Meliker grew up in his family’s restaurant and catering business.

He has been a commercial real estate agent/broker since 1999. Mike was formerly with Restaurant Brokers and Developers, Inc.

From site selection through Letter of Intent and lease negotiation, Meliker Realty has been able to help many clients secure retail locations with reasonable rents and terms. Meliker Realty also works with landlords, leasing agents and developers to bring tenants to their available retail sites.
